ORDER CHANGES AND CANCEL FEES:

CHANGES: $10 will be charged to change an order before it is cut. You will also be charged the difference, less OR more, for whatever change you request.

CANCEL FEES: $10 or 8% of the total charge($10 is the least) will NOT be refunded if the order is cancelled before it is cut. If the order has already been cut, the Exchange/Return Policy below will apply.

Pumpers Dancewear allows custom dancewear and special orders; hence, custom bizarre requests(i.e. orange body with yellow sleeves) and group orders are non- returnable and not refunded.

For individual refunds & exchanges, there is a 50% restocking charge on basic dancewear. There are no refund on costumes and custom designed garments. We stand by our products, if there is a mistake, we will fit it for you. Pumpers makes each garment for you AFTER you order it. That is why there are many lycra fabrics offered for each dancewear garment. For individual exchanges, there is a reshipping charge of $5.00.

Clearance items may be returned for a full refund since they are already made and hanging on the rack.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. International orders will be charged full shipping charges on exchanges.

We try our best to recommend sizes so, please use the size chart! We will even custom fit to your measurements.(fees apply) We do fit thousands of people from the size chart, IT WORKS!

We do not accept the return of garments that have been worn, have body odor or body stains. Please try on your garment(s) with your undergarments on.
